1. Purpose of the Initiative
This initiative is created specifically to support people who speak Khmer and live in Sweden.
Its goal is to ensure that Khmer speakers receive clear, fast, and accurate emergency information during:
national crises,military threats or war,natural disasters,power cuts,cyber emergencies, and
other dangerous situations.
Because many Khmer speakers may not read Swedish fluently, this program ensures they receive equal access to life‑saving information.
